Are you resonating with who you really are?

A number of times this weeks the concept of resonance keeps coming up. People are exploring their strengths and are finding that certain actions and postures feel in harmony with their own personality and calling and others cause them to feel out of tune with themselves. Unfortunately the traditional economy has a way of dulling every image down to beige. Bold and vibrant colors are discouraged as they make some individuals stand out in the crowd. So everyone who wants to get along learns to dumb it down to the lowest common denominator.

But in the Evolved Economy beige simply doesn't pay. The Evolved Economy requires that you perform solely based on your strengths, no matter how unique these may appear at first sight. You don't struggle with working on your weaknesses, after years of effort you will succeed at accomplishing mediocre. No, the Evolved Economy requires that you expose each other's strengths and work in empowered teams to accomplish multitudes more you could ever do alone.

So you need to know what resonates with you.
You need to embrace your true greatness.
You need to edit out all the unreliable advice you have received that was attempting to make you conform, fit in and join the masses.
You were not created to be a lemming.
You were not designed to be indistinguishable from each other.
You were placed here to be exceptional, extraordinary and distinct.

So come join us in returning to our own gifted-ness.
Learn the power of using your strengths with inexhaustible ease.
Find the inner song that is held in tune by careful attention to your own individual tuning fork.

Life is a majestic choir raising their voices in harmony and in doing so finding our own message,  our own voice and our own true self. 
Welcome to the Evolved Economy!

 No this isn't my age, it is a goal. I am 48 today and I choose to aim for a 95th Birthmonth. I intend to take my children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, etc, and all my friends who have been transforming the Third World with me over the 55 years I will have been serving by then. I want to blow out a candle and eat chocolate cake in every village.  I hope it takes more than a month.
You see in the Evolved Economy we don't spend much time reminiscing about what we have done because we are too invested in what we are doing. This means lifting up your eyes to look beyond today's struggle to see tomorrow's victories. It means seeing possibilities through a Divine perspective.  It means welcoming in others to offer their greatness to ours and together accomplish so much more.
I am the CEO of my own life in the Evolved Economy and I am making choices today that will allow my tomorrow's to produce the fulfillment of our dreams.

Two Measured Ingredients for 

a Truly Evolved Economy

The concept of an Evolved Economy is a relatively new one. Most people are never fully introduced to a real one. Ignorance, gullibility or poor explanations often get in the way of a leader getting an accurate definition or description of the Evolved Economy. Let me help with two essential ingredients. Time and Money.

Time is more precious than money for most leaders today. An Evolved Economy attempt is most often something added to an already strained time frame. So if the opportunity that you are being offered feels more like a second job than an informed decision, well, it probably isn't an Evolved Economy. 

In the Evolved Economy you can build in the nooks and crannies of your life. You will sacrifice your attention to prime time TV but that's what TVO is for. You will invest a weekend day each month but you have some to spare as you re-align your priorities. But you should still date your spouse and attend your children's sporting events. The Evolved Economy is designed to mold to your strengths it will make the move with you.

In the Evolved Economy you also should have a very small outlay of money. A large financial risk is not congruent with the Evolved Economy model. If someone is expecting you to raid the education fund to get the placement of a lifetime, run away and lose their phone number. 

Be choosy which Evolved Economy gets your attention, your wisdom, your experience and your greatness. But choose one. Revenue streams need to be introduced into your financial blueprint for your life and the financial legacy for your family. But choose one that sets appropriate boundaries on your time and your money, because if it doesn't, it's a traditional economy in sheep's clothing. 

To those who scorn imagination and believe that us dreamers are lost in our own thoughts more than in reality, listen carefully to one of the greatest minds of our time, Albert Einstein.

If I can assist a leader in this one area we are 98% done. If you can begin to see life as an adventure that you will enjoy and not dread, as a challenge you will conquer rather than be crushed by, as the fun of defining your future by your intentions and imagination rather than your present circumstances, you will succeed! 

If you refuse to engage and embrace this powerful Divine gift then cloudy days are a source of depression rather than a blessing of rain to nourish the land. Then relationship challenges are personal attacks rather than teaching moments for everyone involved. Then financial problems are curses rather than helpful symptoms of unbalanced living that can be repaired and re-invented.

Take a moment to re-write this week. 
Let this week be one of enormous influence and powerful assistance. 
Let this month shift your whole team into momentum of extravagant proportions. 
Let his quarter be remembered as the season when you developed a business co-creative partnership that changed your financial legacy. 
Let this year begin decades of financial freedom matched with outstanding global investment.

Imagination it is the power train of The Evolved Economy.

It is such a privilege to get know the amazing people who are building within The Evolved Economy.  They are exceptional people with amazing skill sets. But as they begin to appreciate the possibilities of their new opportunity they struggle with dissatisfaction with their traditional careers and business opportunities. This creates a problem. This leads to a number of "wall kicking moments" that inevitably leads to a sense of self loathing and harsh self analysis. All of these activities lead to a drain on your self confidence and in The Evolved Economy that is one of your major selling points. So what should you do?

Appreciate that your greatness will get you paid in numerous ways and just because you found a preferred reimbursement method does not mean you have wasted your skills, no you have been honing them for such a  day as this when you can receive the revenue your investment deserves.

Allow for your traditional business income to support your lifestyle demands as your revenue building activities develop in The Evolved Economy. This is not a lottery, building your business takes time. Building out of a sense of desperation will only delay you stability not accelerate it.

Realize that Leaders Choose. You are not trapped in your job or career. It is not a punishment or detainment  to keep providing for your family with a traditional income. It is a tool. It has served you in the past and when it`s usefulness runs its course you will put it back in your tool box. You won`t throw it away in disgust.

In The Evolved Economy the product is YOU! Anything that diminishes your own sense of self importance or uniqueness will become a ``mojo vampire`` Don`t allow anything to distract you from appreciating you, including any sense of impatience you may have with your  progress in The Evolved Economy. 

You are a Rock Star, make sure everyone, including yourself, treats you that way everyday!

This Ain't Rocket Science, 

It's The Evolved Economy!

True story, I was at a new church being started in a movie theater in Pennsylvania a few years ago. Because it had temporary facilities they were required to set up and tear down and transport everything they used each week. I have done this and it is no fun. I was a visitor so I was just standing around watching this finely tuned machine of a work team effortlessly put everything in its place. As I watched the sound system being assembled I was confounded at the complexity of the process. I then utilized a common assessment of brilliance and said, "Man you gotta be a rocket science to put this thing together every week!" The man who is on his knees working diligently pauses for a just a moment and replies, "Good thing I am one."  Yes he was in the aeronautical industry and in fact he designed rockets! What are the chances?

We have brilliance before each day and most of it goes unnoticed. Any child who has enjoyed a teeter totter has employed the mystery that is the lever. You also have employed the magic of science numerous times this week unknowingly.  The process of accomplishing more with less exerted energy is all around us. And some of you have even learned that this principle can be implemented into your business.

Most of the workforce remains trading time for money their entire lives. The hope of saving enough money for a "comfortable" retirement is the major motivation for living your life in such a manner. Unfortunately pensions aren't what they used to be and the days of seeing steady returns on money left in "savings" are gone. So the individual has to find another solution.  The answer is The Evolved Economy.

If you are willing to learn there is an industry willing to training you in how you can earn and provide in a more reliable fashion.

The Evolved Economy is that option of learning that you can shift the income to investment equation through your own initiative  not by just leaving it to the whims of the government or your employer. Become the CEO of not just your own business, of your entire life!

It is nearby, but will you make that investment to re-invent your own future. You don't need to be a rocket scientist, you just need to be willing to learn. The Evolved Economy is waiting.

"Once upon a time..." If you listen to the gurus enough you would think that The Evolved Economy is built on mystical principles that only a select few "special" people have knowledge of and for a small "investment" they will share them with only you. 

Sorry folks there is no "pixie dust!" The Evolved Economy is about assisting other folks to take control of their own future and build an ethical business with an outstanding product as well as an exemplary compensation plan. 

By the way I only teach The Co-Creation Principles to traditional business who are willing to begin to re invent themselves, charities so they can make a tremendous difference in this world and Isagenix. I have not found another corporation within The Evolved Economy with such a tremendous compensation plan. Yes I see companies with "fast money solutions" but when you examine the how this money is being manufactured you will find out that the model is flawed. Someone else has less of an opportunity because you are getting more of an opportunity. That kind of thing just isn't ok with me.

So represent The Evolved Economy with pride. There are ethical businesses functioning within The Evolved Economy, Isagenix is my best example. Don't be fooled by the snake oil salesmen. There are simple principles that can guide you in your build within The Evolved Economy. Anyone can master them and you can do so more quickly if you build within a team based system as in The Co-Creation Model. 

Co-Creation Masters are not life time MLMers, they are folks who have courageously left the traditional model and are at first taking baby steps in The Evolved Economy. They live by a new set of principles for success but with a well worn sense of personal ethics. If you are interested, you can do it. Save the "pixie dust" for the gullible, this is for everyone!
